LLS was founded to produce specialised screws, nuts and bolts for the motorcycling sector. Over the years production has increased and intensified to the point that LLS now has a specific brand, 4Moto, and an e-commerce portal for direct access to its catalogue. 4Moto collaborates with international racing divisions of all categories. 4Moto is supplier to the Aprilia racing division.

Carbon-Ti Carbon-Ti is the brand belonging to LLS dedicated to the cycling sector. Created in 2005, it is the result of long experience acquired in the world of racing. The division, well known overseas, concentrates primarily on top-range products for enthusiasts and professional athletes. It also supplies Cannondale with a special series of new products that came onto the market this year.

All the know-how and technological experience acquired during the last 20 years of activity have enabled LLS to begin operating in the aeronautical industry, a sector that requires competence, specific certifications and special quality control tools. LLS is developing specific technology for the aeronautical industry, thanks to contacts with Alenia and Boeing.

LLS operates in various highly strategic industrial sectors, producing screws, nuts and small parts in titanium (pure and in alloys), Al7075 and other special alloys. Experience, continuous evolution, research and investments into technology have made this possible. The special alloys offer particular mechanical and structural properties, high resistance to corrosion, long life and lightness.

Azienda
LLS specialises in start-to-finish manufacture: cold and hot forging, a turnery for fine and small diameter machining, transfer machine and multiple heads for machining mass-produced components, laser and water jet cutting. The company is equipped with electrocolour technology for screws, nuts and bolts in Titanium and Aluminium Al 7075.
Hardening heat treatments are carried out internally.

Constant technological innovation and important investments at a production level have enabled LLS to increase production and forge a relationship with foreign markets.
Currently LLS exports 50% of its production. The experience and know how acquired have ensured that it is now acknowledged internationally as a leading company in the processing of special alloys.

The company’s strategy of achieving increasingly greater product diversification is aimed at long-term objectives, since the characteristics, typical of metals and special alloys, of lightness and high resistance, and the qualities of being stainless and crushproof, find application in different strategic and high precision sectors.
LLS was founded in 1990 and immediately became a leading company in the processing of Titanium and light alloys for the production of screws, nuts and bolts, and that is still the core business of the company.
Since 1997 LLS has been working in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
In 1998 the company began using an exclusive WATER JET system, able to cut any type of rolled product to shape. With this exclusive technology LLS can also provide contract manufacture.
In 2004 laser cutting technology began being used in addition to water jet cutting.
This technique enables extremely fine cutting and precision micro-cutting to be performed even on noble metals.
In 2004 LLS acquired the competence to produce drawn Titanium wire in extremely small gauges (up to 0.06 mm).
In 2005 LLS entered the bicycle sector with the production of carbon chainrings with titanium teeth according to a patented design.
LLS developed a new brand, "Carbon-Ti", dedicated entirely to the bicycle sector.
In 2011 LLS achieves the Certification UNI EN 9100:2009 for the manufacturing of titanium and aluminium fasteners according to aerospace requirements and updates the Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008
LLS is currently able to offer special products in Titanium, Al 7075 (Ergal), Carbon for the following sectors:

Automotive
Medical
Aerospace
Nautical
